RemoteCall 5.0 ASP
RemoteCall 5.0 is a web-based service that is hosted on a network of global RemoteCall servers. This is an ASP service that is optimized for small and medium businesses (SMB), providing them with the best mix of performance and price. RemoteCall Pro is a full-featured version of the RemoteCall service, with all the professional tools that are needed for remote support. There is also RemoteCall Lite, which is a slimmed down version of RemoteCall Pro. Retaining only the basic features for remote support, but never sacrificing performance for price. RemoteCall Appliance
RemoteCall Appliance is a plug-and-play hardware version of RemoteCall that is quick and easy to setup. Host remote support sessions with your own private RemoteCall server securely located within your office or IDC. The Appliance is a flexible hardware solution for any medium size business that easily integrates into current systems.
