How it works
 
High-volume support management made simple.
RemoteHelp can instantly queue, manage, and distribute customers’ incoming support requests to waiting representatives. Allowing customers to request support (or reserve an appointment) when they need it, any time of the day. Managing a high-volume support center has never been easier.
 
1. Initiate a RemoteHelp Connection

Login to RemoteHelp with your ID and password and set your agent status to "Available".

 
 
2. Connect with the Customer
The customer visits your support site (e.g., www.startsupport.com/remotehelp) and requests support.
  • If agents are available the customer will be connected immediately
  • If all agents are busy the customer will be placed in a priority queue
  • If all agents are offline the customer can reserve a callback request
  • 3. Support & Solve Customer Problems
    Diagnose the customer’s problems remotely by utilizing RemoteHelp’s
    advanced support tools. The session may be transferred to another
    support representative at any time.
     
    Disconnect and Log the Session
    Disconnect the session at any time or let the customer end the session.
    The representative may fill out additional details in the session report.
