I am a former user of RemoteCall 4.0. Can I still use LiveCall Virus Scanning?
No, the LiveCall service is no longer available.
I see a “Page cannot be found” error when I access the support page.
This would indicate that either port 80 or the URL has been blocked by a Firewall or specific network configuration.
This issue could be related to the following cases:
1.Packet communication is delayed or port 80 is blocked by a router or gateway.
-Change router or gateway configuration.
2.Port 80 is blocked according to a corporate network policy.
-Contact the network Administrator.
3.Port 80 is blocked by a personal firewall.
-Check personal firewall configuration.
Does RemoteCall support private IP or dynamic IP addresses?
Yes, RemoteCall uses a 3-way communication system via a gateway server which allows connections between any two computers regardless of their network environment.
